Garlic and pepper pork (Moo Tod Gratiem Prig Thai)


Garlic and pepper pork is a delicious and spice-free dish that will be enjoyed by everyone. It does not contain any chilli so is perfect for children or those who do not enjoy spicy food.

 Ingredients
200g pork fillet
6 garlic cloves
2-3 tsp ground white pepper
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp Black Sweet Soysauce
1 tsp fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
oil for frying

Method
 1.  Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves. Slice the pork into thin pieces. Finely chop the coriander 
 2.  In a non stick pan or wok and heat approximately 1 Tbsp oil til it is smoking.
 3. Add the garlic and cook for a minute, until the garlic begins to change colour.
 4. Add the pork and fry well, stirring constantly to ensure the garlic does not burn.
 5. Brown the pork and add the seasoning's; white pepper, oyster sauce,black sweet soysauce 
 6. Cook for 5-10  minutes, adding a little water to ensure the meat does not stick to the pan.
 7. Remove from heat and stir through the coriander
 8. Serve with rice
